1. Program Enrollment & Payment
-
1.1. Acceptance: By enrolling in an Evergreen Cohort, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree on their behalf.
-
1.2. Tuition: Full payment of tuition is required upfront to secure a seat in the cohort. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received.
-
1.3. Pilot Pricing: Tuition rates for the Spring 2026 Pilot are fixed and non-negotiable.
2. The "Confidence" Refund Policy
We believe in the value of our curriculum. To ensure you feel confident in joining, we offer the following cancellation window for our 4-week programs:
-
2.1. Withdrawal Window: Students may withdraw from the program for any reason prior to the start of Session 5 (Week 3) and receive a 100% refund.
-
2.2. Late Withdrawal: Any withdrawal requests made after the start of Session 5 are not eligible for a refund.
-
2.3. Procedure: To request a refund, you must email programs@theevergreenfoundry.com before the scheduled start time of Session 5.
3. Attendance & Scheduling
-
3.1. Missed Sessions: Due to the cohort-based nature of the program, we do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes. We encourage students to prioritize attendance to get the full value of the discussions.
-
3.2. Catch-Up Provision: If a student misses a session, they are entitled to schedule one (1) optional 30-minute catch-up call with a mentor during the program duration to review key concepts.
-
3.3. Punctuality: Sessions begin promptly. Mentors typically wait 5 minutes for late arrivals before proceeding with the curriculum.
4. Intellectual Property
-
4.1. Ownership: All materials provided by Evergreen, including but not limited to slide decks, financial models, case studies, games/activities, and mentor speeches/recordings, are the exclusive intellectual property of Evergreen.
-
4.2. License: Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational use only.
-
4.3. Prohibition on Sharing: You may not share, reproduce, distribute, post online, or resell any Evergreen materials. This includes sharing login credentials or forwarding slide PDFs to non-students. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.
5. Code of Conduct & Termination
-
5.1. Standard of Behavior: We maintain a professional, respectful learning environment. Disrespect towards mentors or fellow students, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
-
5.2. Mentor Complaint Process: If a mentor files a formal complaint regarding a student's behavior, the incident will be reviewed by the founders.
-
5.3. Involuntary Termination: Evergreen reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment for violation of the Code of Conduct. In such rare circumstances, refunds are discretionary and generally capped at a partial amount based on the sessions already attended.
