At Evergreen, we want you to feel completely confident in your investment. We understand that educational commitments can change, which is why we offer a transparent and generous refund window for our Pilot Cohorts.
1. The "Pilot Promise" (100% Refund Window)
We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund if you decide the program isn't the right fit during the first half of the course.

Eligibility: You are eligible for a 100% refund of your tuition if you submit a withdrawal request prior to the start of Session 5 (Week 3).

The Cut-Off: Once Session 5 begins, tuition becomes non-refundable for the remainder of the 4-week program.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, you must follow these steps before the deadline:

3. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction and for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Code of Conduct Violations: If a student is removed from the program due to a violation of our Code of Conduct (e.g., disruptive behavior, harassment), refunds are discretionary and will be pro-rated based on the number of sessions attended.

Technical Issues: If a student misses sessions due to their own technical issues (e.g., internet outage), they are not eligible for a refund but may utilize the "Catch-Up Call" provision outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Program Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Evergreen cancels the cohort entirely, all students will receive a 100% refund immediately.
