Our Booking Policies

1. Admissions & Eligibility (Invitation Only)

To ensure the integrity and safety of our cohort, enrollment is strictly limited to high school students (Grades 9-12). This Sequoia Programs are an invitation-only program. We reserve the right to decline registration if a student does not meet the age or suitability requirements.

2. Safety & Identity

Verification Student safety is our highest liability and priority.

Restricted Access: Access to the booking calendar and location details is gated behind a Member Verification Wall.

Manual Approval: All account requests are manually reviewed. We verify the identity of the parent/guardian before granting access to the scheduling system.

Parental Registration: All bookings must be completed by a legal guardian. The name on the billing information must match the parent/guardian on file.

3. Attendance & Makeup Policy

The Evergreen curriculum is cumulative; consistency is required for the best results. However, we understand that high school schedules are dynamic.

Cross-Cohort Flexibility: If a student has a conflict with their assigned time, they are permitted to "drop in" to any other active cohort slot to cover the missed material.

Procedure: Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you intend to utilize a makeup slot so we can ensure seat availability.

4. Tuition & Cancellations

Due to the exclusive nature of the programs (capped at strict small-group ratios), seats are extremely limited. Deposits used to reserve a seat are non-refundable unless the program itself is cancelled.

5. Code of Conduct

We treat this program as a pre-professional environment. Students are expected to engage respectfully with peers and instructors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or harmful behavior.

6. Cohort Guarantee & Refund Policy

We view these cohorts as a partnership and stand behind our curriculum.

The "Halfway" Guarantee: If you feel the program is not a fit, you may request a full tuition refund at any point prior to the start of Session 3.

Post-Midpoint: Afterward, tuition is generally non-refundable, though we review extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Conduct Exception: To protect the learning environment, we reserve the right to withhold refunds in the rare event of a dismissal due to severe disruption. Such decisions require documented proof and formal review by mentors.
